AÜX (getaux.live) is part of the DJ Dash platform family: participation, payments, ticketing, bookings, and related surfaces may share authentication, Stripe Connect, and operational databases with other products in the ecosystem. This page summarizes practices for this marketing domain and the onboarding it links to. Checkout disclosures, Stripe agreements, and in-dashboard policies govern subscribed services when they say something different.
Information we collect
Marketing visitors. Basic analytics (traffic, referrer, generalized device identifiers) collected through ordinary hosting/CDN tooling to defend against abuse and understand funnel performance—no tipping data from guests who never authenticate.
Performers / operators. Names, telephone numbers or email identifiers, Stripe Connect onboarding requirements (including bank and tax attestations where applicable), customization assets such as logos, performance logs, payouts reports, ticketing data when TicketMax-aligned features are invoked, contracting metadata when invoicing modules are activated.
Guests. Song requests, optional messages, tipping amounts, device/browser signals used for fraud screening, truncated network identifiers processed by Stripe and partner fraud models. Sensitive card data remains with Stripe—we do not store full payment credentials on AÜX web servers beyond tokens returned by Stripe.
How we use information
Operate realtime queues and dashboards, reconcile transactions, authenticate accounts, personalize surfaces, troubleshoot incidents, comply with financial regulations or lawful demands, analyze aggregate product performance across brands with appropriate isolation, distribute affiliate attributions tied to referrer links, fulfill contracts (including TicketMax-aligned access control), notify you when security events occur.
Sharing
Payments and identity verification transit through Stripe. Infrastructure may run on hosted providers—Supabase, Vercel, email delivery rails, observability tooling—subject to contractual processor obligations. Ticketing partners receive only payloads required to redeem or validate QR experiences you configure. Cross-brand safeguards (product IDs, RBAC policies, entitlement flags) exist to minimize accidental exposure between DJ Dash properties.
Retention
Ledger-grade records retention follows tax/regulatory timelines; conversational or analytics buffers may purge sooner depending on subsystem configuration. Deleted accounts honor erasure statutes except where lawful holds or antifraud freezes apply.
Your choices
Use support channels surfaced in onboarding or dashboards to invoke access/export/deletion workflows where permissible. Residents of GDPR/CCPA-aligned regions may escalate via posted privacy inbox addresses when available in environment configuration.
Children
Services target adult nightlife professionals; guardians must supervise underage spectators. Payment rails reject flows that contradict network rules concerning minors absent verified guardian involvement.
Contact
Use the support mailbox referenced across AÜX collateral (typically support@getaux.live unless overridden via environment variables in deployment).
