Terms of service · AÜX
Last updated · May 10, 2026
These terms summarize how you may use getaux.live, follow onboarding links, and operate accounts that interoperate within the DJ Dash platform (including participation flows routed through Stripe). Master agreements shown during signup, Stripe Connected Account terms, ticketing partners, invoices you issue, and plan-specific pages override this summary when they differ.
Eligible use
You must operate lawfully where your events occur, maintain accurate onboarding data, keep credentials secured, abstain from using AÜX to facilitate banned goods/services, circumvent platform fees, spoof guests, impersonate Stripe, scrape protected resources, overwhelm infrastructure, or circumvent multi-brand isolation safeguards.
Accounts & payouts
Participation revenue flows through Stripe Connect; settlement timing, Radar reviews, disputed charges, and reserve policies follow Stripe—not custom marketing timelines. Operators remain responsible for tax reporting, AML obligations, tipping regulations, promoter contracts, liquor board rules inside licensed venues, and safeguarding guest data surfaced in dashboards they export.
Fees
SaaS tiers, platform-share economics, interchange and processing pass-through amounts, ticketing splits, invoicing fees, payout acceleration premiums, refunds, disputes, Radar fees, affiliate adjustments—everything appears in dashboards and receipts issued at settlement time. Marketing summaries are illustrative.
Intellectual property
Platform UI, software, dashboards, embeddings, integrations, typography systems and brand marks remain owned by the operator and licensed to you under your subscription. You grant a limited license for performer-owned uploads solely to operate configured participation, ticketing access, invoicing artifacts, previews, showcases, embeds or similar flows you activate.
Disclaimers
Service provided “AS IS”; connectivity, payouts, ticketing scanners, integrations, and monitoring may drift or degrade. Venue Wi‑Fi limits, attendee behavior, and promoter obligations sit outside warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating law, risking Stripe relationships, harming platform integrity, or breaching ticketing partner mandates. Operators may downgrade/cancel SaaS tiers per billing tooling; transactional records persist per regulatory guidance.
Governing law & disputes
Venue and dispute mechanics follow the operative Master Services Terms presented at signup (often aligned with Delaware or Tennessee precedent per corporate configuration). Arbitration or small-claims carve-outs replicate whatever version you digitally accept before payout activation.
