Affiliate program terms · AÜX

Last updated · May 10, 2026

These terms describe the affiliate scaffold for AÜX and related DJ Dash products. Commissions apply to qualifying subscription revenue and certain platform-share components when attributable signups monetize legally. Acceptance happens when onboarding enables referral tracking or when you opt in from dashboards where available—always subject to the main Terms and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Affiliates must be ≥18 (or contractual age of majority), operate accounts in good standing, avoid deceptive marketing, comply with FTC endorsement guidance, abstain from self-referral rings, cloaked cookie stuffing, trademark bidding on protected terms without clearance, incentivized installs that disguise origin, sanctioned geography traffic, counterfeit landing pages spoofing Stripe, or anything that compromises multi-brand attribution integrity.

Attribution mechanics

Unique referral identifiers ride on onboarding links plus optional “Powered by” badges surfaced on performer pages until white-label SKU removes branding. Attribution windows, multi-touch overlaps, superseding campaigns honor server-side bookkeeping authoritative over client-side anecdotes. Once an account attaches to a referrer permanently, swaps require manual fraud-review approval.

Commissions & adjustments

Default recurring percentages apply against qualifying subscription revenue minus refunds, chargebacks, Radar losses, ACH returns, reseller splits, ticketing overrides, and similar adjustments posted in dashboards. Announcements may adjust rates prospectively via dashboard notices—typically ≥30 calendar days unless emergency fraud response requires shorter notice.

Payouts & taxes

Payout rails mirror operator tooling—Stripe or banking partners—with threshold minimums before wires release. Provide W-9/W-8 equivalents promptly; withholdings obey IRS or local obligations. Affiliate remains responsible for self-employment filings, VAT when applicable.

Creative integrity

Approved logos, monochrome treatments, disclaimers—“I earn commission when…”—stay visible near CTAs referencing AÜX. Do not screenshot guest PII dashboards in promos without redaction consent.

Termination & clawbacks

Fraud adjudication freezes pending balances, reverses prior periods when banks claw back settlements, or reclaims dormant referral slugs for operational reuse. Ordinary churn forfeits unpaid balances below payout thresholds described in dashboards.

Contact

Route affiliate payout questions through the ecosystem support queues referenced from authenticated dashboards—they triage Stripe disputes, netting math, ticketing collisions.
